Insurance Plans Accepted at the Hemorrhoid Surgery Center of Excellence

The Hemorrhoid Surgery Center of Excellence currently accepts all PPO plans (Preferred Provider Organizations) and will consult closely with your personal insurance provider to confirm your coverage for hemorrhoid treatment. Given that they allow the most freedom in selecting a healthcare provider and facility, PPO plans are highly preferred by both patients and healthcare providers alike. The most common PPO insurance providers accepted include:

The Hemorrhoid Surgery Center of Excellence also offers competitive cash discounts for patients who either do not have a listed insurance provider or a current insurance policy. Our billing department can discuss specific, individualized payment arrangements for patients without a current health insurance plan.

Fees and Payment Arrangements

At the Hemorrhoid Surgery Center of Excellence, multiple services may be necessary to ensure the highest overall quality of care. These supplementary services are then factored into the overall cost of care.  We charge an initial facility fee for each procedure performed at our outpatient surgery center that does not include any additional surgeon, anesthesiologist, consulting physician, or laboratory fees. These additional fees vary by procedure.

Patients are ultimately liable for payments covering their procedure. For patients with insurance coverage, we require that you pay your estimated deductible and co-payments prior to your scheduled operation. For your convenience, we gladly accept cash, personal checks (ONLY for co-pays), VISA, MasterCard, Discover Card and American Express. We will then bill your insurance provider on your behalf.
